FLIGHT SIMULATOR PROJECT
This is a gallery of our B737 Flight Simulator built over the span of several years. It is programmed using the SimVim platform on an Arduino Mega. A PC runs the X-Plane simulator software and an Arduino Mega handles input/output for the switches, displays and gauges. The backlit Korry switches and annunciators were 3-d printed and graphics printed on overhead transparency film. The mechanical gauges are operated by stepper motors, and the flap indicator is servo-driven. Tablets run the primary flight displays and FMC. The auto pilot panel was made in 1-piece as a PCB with black masking & white silkscreen. All of the smaller panels were 3-d printed and the SIM is housed in an MDF & plywood frame.
